Please review the size chart carefully as the sizes are *not US sizes.* As a blanket size conversion without reviewing the chart, I would choose 1 size larger than you would normally for tshirts. If your tshirt size is XL and up, I would go two sizes up. Please understand that measuring yourself is the best way to ensure a good fit.
